What areas do you service?
We’re a local, owner operated team serving Asheville, NC and its surrounding suburbs. If you’re just outside, ask we often can make it work.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as the yard is accessible (gate unlocked or code provided), we’ll take care of it and message you when we’re done.
What if my dog is outside?
Friendly pups are usually fine, but for everyone’s safety we may request dogs be brought in during service, especially protective breeds or nervous pups.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on visit frequency and number of dogs. Tell us your setup and we’ll send a clear, no surprise quote.
Do you have a “first clean up free” promo?
Yes, new recurring customers in eligible areas can get the first clean up for free. Ask us to confirm availability for your address.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Golden Scooper®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Our routes are optimized by area, so we can’t promise a specific day. That said, reach out—if our schedule allows, we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred day or time window.
